Fresh Produce
You will find the Fresh Organic Produce Order Link below the following instructions. Please read instructions carefully:
1. All orders must be in by 4am Tuesday morning as the online shop for fresh produce closes then automatically. If you miss you wait a week for fresh items. Bread & Crackers must be ordered by 7.30am Mondays.
2. For payment use the Direct Debit option please as weights may differ and suppliers let us down or prices can change. Payment must be made before the next order and you can pay at any time by card into the website or into our bank a/c. For those of you we hold credit cards we will continue to process these after the order has been invoiced and sent. Please realize we are running on 10% less GP than we did at the shop and our fresh suppliers have to be paid within 7 days. Therefore if last week's order isn't paid don't expect an order the following week.
3. If you have ordered refrigerated or frozen goods please put a chilly bin or such like at your door if you are not going to be home. We can supply you with a poly bin just ask.
4. Your orders will arrive to the delivery address stated, 0n Thursday if you live in Cromwell and Queenstown areas, Wanaka Wed evening. We will also pick up your previous empty banana boxes only, so please recycle them as much as possible as we need them back. Thanks to those who have been returning them it is much appreciated.
6. You must use the link below to get to The Fresh Produce part of the shop each week. This "Fresh Link" is only available 5pm Fri – 4am Tues.
7. Remember to use drop down arrows for type/flavour/colour and for weight/size to find things. Eg If looking at carrots using the drop down arrow shows there is Spring carrots by the bunch, juicing carrots by kilo and table carrots by kilo.
